The nature of Braamfontein and its proximity to university campuses reveal a lively student
demographic. The Samro development’s main intention was therefore to accommodate the student
user by enriching their daily activities and collaborative experiences.

The interior design is guided by a dynamic circulation spine, complemented by a variety of overlapping spaces, with the communal areas taking center stage. These gathering spaces are designed to be celebrated, offering visual access from the public and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
