Jean Towers is a new 530 unit high-rise residential development in the heart of Centurion. The development is situated near the Gautrain station and contributes to the catalytic growth of the immediate context. This rental scheme proposes one and two bedroom apartments with areas that range from 40 to 62 square meters.


A key focus of the design of the project is to ensure a sense of community is fostered by creating a desirable, innovative and attractive environment for residents through the inclusion of communal green areas and rooftop terraces. This is further supported by offering considered pause areas along the circulation passages along the three towers that range between 7 to 10 storeys.


Through the inclusion of considered vertical proportions and windows with deep reveals, the exterior reveals a simple, beautifully proportioned façade that harnesses natural light for the interiors of the apartment spaces. The material palette consists of high quality face brick, exposed concrete and dark grey aluminium window frames to offer a unique and timesless facade.
