The Cresta development involved the integration of an existing gym with the addition of a retail space, resulting in a mixed-use area that offers users both a comfortable courtyard and a lively shopping experience.
The existing gym underwent a facade upgrade, featuring polycarbonate panels in varying colours and an intricate exposed timber structure. In contrast, the retail area boasts a distinctive and dynamic facade made of dual-coloured reflective components, creating a visually engaging experience with different colour perceptions from various angles.

To harmoniously blend the old with the new, a shading device was introduced, connecting the
elements and establishing a delightful outdoor space for users to enjoy. This thoughtful integration contributes to a cohesive and appealing environment within the Cresta development.
