Greystone Crossing, strategically positioned alongside a prominent road in
Rustenburg, boasts a prime location, ensuring heightened visibility to serve
as a distinctive landmark for potential customers.

The refurbishment project required the existing centre to be transformed into a dynamic public space characterized by earthy tones and natural materials.

To enhance its appeal, a faceted façade featuring terrazzo screens was introduced to better articulate areas of significance, such as the anchor’s entrance and communal spaces. Entrances are further accentuated through the juxtaposition of the texture and colour between the terrazzo screens and the masses below them. This interplay and rhythm create movement, echoing throughout the centre.
