KFC the Wedge was introduced as a high-tech variation to the KFC brand. This project endeavoured to propose a warm and ever-changing environment by deviating from the KFC typology, and modelling the flagship as an captivating means of instilling the brand.

The proposal attains its high-tech persona by incorporating a large curved screen on its façade, the
interactive ordering screens, and the adaptable RGB internal lighting. Users are welcomed into the
restaurant by the articulated and glowing façade, as well as the warmth engendered by interior
greenery.

The KFC brand is prominent in the colour palette and material choices. It is even evident in the
smallest of details, such as the interior screens comprising the KFC bow tie motif.
